Common Rail Fuel Injection System
Abstract: The Traditional Pulsed High Pressure Fuel Supply System always make the pressure of fuel injection to change with the change of engine speed .The swinging pressure of fuel injection is bad for the engine condition and the lifetime of the fuel supply system .The Electronic Controlled High Pressure Common Rail Fuel Injection System can solve this problem and increase the dynamic characterization, fuel economy and emission behavior.

1 structure principleThe fuel injection system of high voltage pulse supply principle abandoned the previous high pressure common rail electronic control, using pressure -- time type fuel measuring principle, and through public oil channel (i.e., common rail pipe) hydraulic continuous control and cylinder injection combined to achieve the optimal fuel control electromagnetic valve control process phase. High pressure common rail system is composed of a low pressure oil pump, oil pump, high pressure common rail injector, components, electronic control unit (ECU), electromagnetic valve and various sensors.Following the principle of work of high pressure common rail system:The engine drives the low pressure oil pump will suck out the fuel from a fuel tank, and then sent to the high pressure pump pressurizes the low pressure fuel. In the high pressure oil pump, the fuel used for the plunger cavity filling high pressure oil pump. In the area, the fuel is pressurized to the desired pressure is then sent to the common rail pipe. Common rail pipe is provided with a pressure sensor, pressure common rail pipe used for real-time collection value, at the same time, the use of high-pressure oil pump pressure control valve to control the quantity of each pump into the fuel rail, rail pressure led to the establishment of the controller regulation.
