皮肤软组织扩张器在整形外科中的应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨皮肤软组织扩张器在整形外科中的应用效果。方法 整群选取2013年1月―2015年12月在长春市中心医院整形美容科进行皮肤软组织扩张术的患者228例，按住院时间先后顺序分为两组各114例，观察组给予皮肤软组织扩张器治疗，对照组给予自体移植治疗，比较两组并发症发生率和患者满意度。结果 观察组并发症发生率为7%，患者满意度为92.1%，对照组并发症发生率为15.8%，患者满意度为74.6%，两组患者相比差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。结论 皮肤软组织扩张器在整形外科中的应用效果满意，且患者满意度高，值得在临床上推广应用。 　　[关键词] 皮肤软组织扩张器；整形外科；患者满意度 　　[中图分类号] R62 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）10（b）-0065-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application of skin soft tissue expander in plastic surgery.Methods Group select the 2013 January to December 2015 in the Central Hospital of Changchun City Department of plastic and cosmetic surgery of 228 cases of patients with skin soft tissue expansion， the hospitalization time sequence， were divided into two groups of 114 cases， the observation group according to give the skin soft tissue expander in the treatment， the patients in control group were treated by autologous transplantation and complications were compared between the two groups occurred rate and patient satisfaction. Results The complication rate of observation group was 7%， patients satisfaction rate was 92.1%， control group complication rate was 15.8%， patients satisfaction rate was 74.6%， and the two groups were statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Application of skin soft tissue expander in the plastic surgery of satisfaction， and patient satisfaction is high， it is worth in the clinical application. 　　[Key words] Skin soft-tissue expander；Plastic surgery；Patient satisfaction 　　整形外科是外科学的分支，是近期发展迅速的一个学科，主要包括修复与再造两部分[1]，其治疗范围广泛，包括先天性缺损与畸形、机械、化学、高温、冷冻等造成的创伤。整形外科是以恢复生理功能为原则，以手术方法进行各种组织移植为手段，同时兼顾了形态的完美，最大限度满足了患者的要求。皮肤软组织扩张术是近些年来整形外科特有的治疗方法[2]，被誉为医学领域的一次革命，具有疗效确切、安全系数高等优点。为了探讨皮肤软组织扩张器在整形外科中的应用效果，对2013年1月―2015年12月在长春市中心医院整形美容科进行治疗的228例患者给予不同的方法，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　整群选取在长春市中心医院整形美容科进行皮肤软组织扩张术的患者228例，按住院时间先后顺序分为两组，观察组114例，女76例，男38例；年龄18～54岁，平均（34.5±2.2）岁；面部48例，颈部37例，躯干23例，四肢6例；皮损面积3.5 cm×4.5 cm～25 cm×19 cm。所有患者均符合皮肤软组织扩张术的手术指证[3]。对照组114例，女69例，男45例；年龄18～54岁，平均（34
