Condition monitoring
I. basic knowledge
1) rotation mechanical condition monitoring
So-called rotating machinery condition monitoring, refers to the use of various instruments and meters, to reflect the running state of the rotating machinery parameter measurement and monitoring, to understand its operational status, ensure the safe operation management level, improve equipment science at present, the conventional instrument fixed installation, long-term monitoring of state parameter, mainly include: shaft by the vibration value of axial displacement values, the machine speed, bearing temperature, etc
2) the composition of the rotating mechanical state monitoring system
The conventional instrumentation state monitoring system is usually composed of sensors (probes), which are mounted on the axis of the shaft, and the front and state monitors are composed of three parts.
Computer status monitoring system generally consists of three parts: state monitor system, data processor, computer and peripherals.
3) sensors used in state monitoring
The sensor used in state monitoring is divided into contact sensor and non-contact sensor. The contact sensor has speed sensor, acceleration sensor, temperature sensor, etc. The feature is that the sensor is directly in contact with the object, and the non-contact sensor is not directly in contact with the subject, so it can be fixed and installed. The operation state of rotating parts is directly monitored. The most commonly used is the permanent magnet approach sensor and eddy current approach sensor. Electric eddy current approach sensor has wide range of measuring range, strong anti-interference ability, uninfluenced by medium, simple structure and wide application.
