一定的原则,采取具体的对策。领导者应坚持系统的原则、反馈的原则、
符合目的和场景的原则、符合文化传统的原则等。在坚持原则的基础上,
领导者塑造良好的形象必须努力增强形象意识,潜心提高自身素质,善于
利用新闻媒介,妥善处理突发性事件,广泛借鉴中西方领导形象塑造的经
验,力争取得骄人政绩等。通过准确定位、坚持原则、采取对策,真正塑
造良好的领导者形象。

Abstract
The shaping of good images of leaders is one of the important issues of
leadership. The research on this task is of big value for theories as well as in
practice. As for theories, the research on the shaping good images of leaders
currently in China is still in the phase of fragments and mess, lacking
systematic and thorough research. So the theoretical study on this task
systematically will make up that deficiency to some extent, which may also
impel the development of the research of leadership. In practice, with the
deepening of our opening and reform policy, especially after the access to
WTO, leaders have more and more opportunities to show up in public. What
kind of images leaders impress on the public has big relation to whether
significant leading activities can succeed, whether the economy can develop
healthily, as well as the image of our organizations, the image of our nation
and the image of our people. The image is the credit, the efficiency, and the
influence. In short, the images of leaders contain huge spiritual and physical
power. So the research on the good images of leaders has both theoretical and
practical value, which also is the significance of the research of this paper. The
