内蒙古高等教育自学考试本科毕业论文 手术室护理安全隐患问题 分析和对策的研究 姓 名： 杨 慧 准考证号： 020107200034 专 业： 护 理 学历层次： 本 科 指导老师： 摘 要 随着社会的进步，医学、法律知识的普及，人们的维权意识明显增强，对医疗护理质量、安全提出了更高的要求，特别是《医疗事故处理条例》和举证倒置出台后，护理医疗纠纷呈明显上升趋势。而手术室是一个较为特殊的职能部门，是为患者通过外科手术途径解除病痛的场所。手术室工作又具有连续性、复杂性、综合性等特点，手术室常成为医疗事故、纠纷易发之地。因此，确保手术室护理安全，防范差错事故及护理安全隐患，是提高护理质量的。 　 手术室是进行手术诊疗和抢救的重要场所，在医院占有重要的地位。随着医学模式的转变，科学技术的迅速发展，手术室护士的工作内容有了更广的范畴，对手术室护理质量有了更高的要求，同时也给手术室护士心理带来了巨大的压力。有调查表明，因手术室护士高风险的职业和多种压力的影响，而造成护士抑郁症状发生率和焦虑发生率明显高于我国普通人群和普通护理人群，因此手术室护士的心理健康维护是十分重要的。 本文通过对手术室护理易疏漏环节的管理和护理存在的安全隐患的研究，针对每个环节进行原因分析，提出加强手术室易疏漏环节的管理、防止差错事故发生的防范措施。结果与结论加强手术室每个环节的管理，特别是易疏漏环节的管理，减少和杜绝医疗差错事故的发生。并对一些安全隐患提出一些防范措施。 关键词：手术室 疏漏环节 安全隐患 防范措施 对策 Abstract As society advances, medical, popularization of legal knowledge, significantly increased awareness of peoples rights, the quality of medical care, a higher safety requirements, especially the Regulations on Handling Medical Accidents, and Juzhengdaozhi after the introduction of health care disputes a clear upward trend.
