摘 要
该文主要描述基于光学滤波的转速测量传感器的设计原理和思路以及过程,同时也介绍了与其功能相似的可接触式的电磁传感器、霍尔传感器、微型发电机转速表,和非接触式的光电传感器。说明了电子与数字化传感器的原理和在应用时的优缺点,也描述选择了基于光学滤波器的转速测量的原由和优缺点。本课题是设计基于光学滤波的转速测量系统,光学滤波器是一种梳状的空间滤波器,可把随机的、不规则图像的运动转换为较为规则的准正弦信号输出,可用于不规则物体运动速度的非接触测量,适合于流体、旋转机械、车辆等的速度测试,也可用于军事目标的监测。在本设计中,光学滤波器将随机图像信号变换为准正弦信号后,对该信号进行整形、滤波等处理,并采集到计算机系统,用矩形波形和高频脉冲,经两组可编程计数器计数得到连续的时间间隔,用单片机连续采集数据并处理之,可得到转速值。本论文组要完成信号变换、数据采集和处理等电子线路的设计,再设计基于单片机的程序,并测试仿真。通过以上工作,在对角速度传感器未来的发展及其走向进行讨论,并从中了解传感器方向未来的走向。
