摘要 按年产矿石1000 kt/a的要求，完成了迪迈矿段金属矿床的露天开采设计。 设计中，用矿业软件提供的经济合理露天境界的运筹学优化方法，完成了露天境界形状的基本几何参数确定：境界最高台阶标高 225m ，最低台阶标高-5m 。境界上口长1310米，宽260米，平均剥采比5.55 t/t。开拓方式为汽车运输开拓。 开采境界内的总矿量964万t，金属量：铁269万t、铜5.5万t。设计开采年限10年。 设计了三个外部排土场和一个内部排土场，总排土容积为2606.5万m3，能够满足剥离排土需要。 本设计的专题为露天开拓运输方案设计。 设计中以DiMine和3DMine三维矿业软件为工具，建立了钻孔数据库和矿床模型，在空间上实现了三维立体可视化，完成了境界的圈定、公路设置、排土场布置、采剥计划制定等设计工作。同时在此基础上，可以得到矿床的矿岩量、品位等相关信息，从而可以算出各种设备的选型与需求量。本文完成了露天矿开拓运输设计，设计了一条露天矿山道路。 关键词：露天开采、矿床数字模型、境界设计、开拓运输、DiMine软件应用 ABSTRACT I Completed the open-pit mining of DiMine design, tin-zinc polymetallic deposits ，as required by the annual output of ore 1000 kt / a. DiMine software provides a operations research optimization methods of reasonable economic open realm，and we can get the basic geometric parameters of the open realm: the realm of the top step of elevation is 225, the minimum step elevation is -5. The length of Realm of catchy is 1310m, the width is 260 m, the average stripping ratio is 5.55 t / t. Pioneering the way is the automotive transport development. The total amount of ore in the mining boundary is 9.64million tons, the amount of metal: ferrum is 2691875 t , Copper is 55130 t. the life of mine is 10 years. We design three external waste dumps, and an internal dump, 26,065,098 m3, to meet the stripping dump needs. In this paper, using DiMine software and 3DMine software study the digitization of tin-zinc polymetallic deposit,and establish the drilling database and ore deposit mode in DiMine dulong maguan,we can get the ore body three dimensional visible model,it happen to may achieve these goal:facilitate the mine enterprise clear understanding of the internal and external deposit features of the form, delineate the realm of mining area,design mining area highway and dump, make mining plan, ore matching, etc.And on the basis, we can get the deposit amount, grade and related study of the information,and to figure out what kind of equipment need and how many we demand.
