一周菜谱(A weekly menu)
First set:
Monday
Breakfast: steamed bread, milk (or soy milk), boiled eggs 1, cucumber sauce.
Lunch: letinous edodes Steamed Rice, cabbage, sweet and sour hairtail, gourd soup.
Dinner: Mung Bean Congee, Chinese cabbage and pork buns, shrimp melon.
Tuesday
Breakfast: Wowotou, milk (or milk), Marinated Egg 1, bean curd
Lunch: Steamed Rice, eggplant and pork, duck kelp soup.
Dinner: fried beans, Rice porridge, Baozi Stuffed with Red Bean Paste, Sauteed Shredded Pork with Green Pepper.
Wednesday
Breakfast: meat buns, milk (or soy milk), salted duck eggs (half)
Lunch: roast beef, fried soybeans, Steamed Buns Sauteed Green Beans, Eggdrop soup.
Dinner: fried noodles, fried spinach, green pepper, potato silk.
Thursday
Breakfast: bread and milk (or milk), boiled Poached Egg 1
Lunch: Steamed Rice, black fungus, pork braised flatfish, white radish kelp spareribs soup.
Dinner: soybean milk or rice porridge, green onion cake, green pepper, celery, shredded meat.
Friday
Breakfast: steamed stuffed bun, milk (or soy milk),
Lunch: Steamed Rice, Fried Cauliflower and cabbage soup, sauteed chicken dices with chili peppers, letinous edodes.
Dinner: Tofu meat buns, celery, tomato scrambled egg with minced meat.
Saturday
Breakfast: bread, milk (or soy milk), fried eggs 1
Chinese food: rice, spiced fish, bean sprout, carrot and letinous edodes soup.
Dinner: Steamed Buns, corn porridge, tomato scrambled eggs, Fish-Flavored Shredded Pork.
Sundays and holidays excepted
Breakfast: bread and milk (or milk), Boiled Egg 1
Lunch: Steamed Rice black fungus fried minced chicken, sweet and sour cabbage and pumpkin soup.
Dinner: pork and leek dumplings, fermented black bean lettuce, minced meat fry cowpea.
