万方数据 万方数据 巢湖市农村中学实施《国家学生体质健康标准》 现状研究 摘 要 本文运用文献资料法、调查法、访谈法、实地考察法、数理统计法对巢湖 市 10 所农村中学实施《国家学生体质健康标准》的现状进行了调查研究，结 果表明： 1. 农村中学对《新标准》的熟悉和重视程度不够；地方和学校宣传力度 不够，学校领导、老师以及学生对《新标准》实施的重要意义还不够了解，执 行的态度不够坚决。 2. 《新标准》在实施过程中，城乡整体情况存在较大差距，农村中学数 据上报情况不容乐观。 3. 巢湖市农村中学体育运动场地条件简陋，器材陈旧，《新标准》实施所 必须的设备短缺，客观上影响着测试工作的正常进行。 4. 《新标准》测试过程中，巢湖市农村中学存在着组织不严谨、操作不 规范、成绩不真实等现象。 5. 巢湖市农村中学体育师资队伍建设水平相对滞后，因客观或主观原因， 很少参加培训和继续教育。 6. 组织测试后，对数据缺少管理分析。 关键词：《国家学生体质健康标准》；实施现状；农村中学 I Chaohu City Middle School of rural area National Student Physical Health Standard research status Abstract In this paper, the status of literature, investigation method, interview method, on-the-spot investigation method, mathematical statistics method implementation of National Students’ Physique Health Standard in 10 rural middle schools in Chaohu city were investigated, the results showed that: rural middle school on the New Standard familiar and not enough attention; the local government and the school propaganda is not enough, the significance of school leadership, teachers and students on the New Standard implementation is not enough to understand, implement the lack of resolve.
