血浆同型半胱氨酸水平和老年脑卒中相关性研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与老年脑卒中的关系。 方法 选取2013年1月～2015年12月收治的 140 例老年脑卒中患者，进行血浆同型半胱氨酸水平检测，对照组为60例老年健康体检者，比较两组血浆同型半胱氨酸水平。 结果 脑卒中组和对照组同型半胱氨酸水平分别为（15.79±4.73）μmol/L、（10.57±2.53）μmol/L，高同型半胱氨酸血症分别为 93 例（66.4%）、11例（18.3%），脑卒中人群血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与对照组比较差异显著（P0.01）。脑卒中组男女同型半胱氨酸水平分别为（18.85±3.51）μmol/L、（12.91±3.86）μmol/L，高同型半胱氨酸血症阳性率男女分别为 62 例（91.18%）、31 例（43.06%），脑卒中组男女同型半胱氨酸水平比较差异显著（P0.01）。结论 血浆高同型半胱氨酸水平是脑卒中的独立危险因素，对有脑卒中倾向的老年患者常规检测血浆同型半胱氨酸水平，控制高同型半胱氨酸血症，?υし滥宰渲械姆⑸?有重要临床意义。 　　[关键词] 同型半胱氨酸；高同型半胱氨酸血症；老年脑卒中；危险因素 　　[中图分类号] R743.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）02-0033-03 　　Study on the correlation between plasma homocysteine level and stroke in the elderly 　　WANG Yujuan1 LIU Kun1 LI Quanrui2 　　1.Department of General Practice， Huangcun Hospital of Daxing District in Beijing， Beijing 102613， China；2.Department of Infection， Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University， Beijing 100053，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the relationship between plasma homocysteine level and stroke in the elderly.
