Methods：Mainly throuh the practical experience analysis of PIVAS in Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Medical College of Shantou University, supplemented by literature reports, the pharmacists of PIVAS interfere in the tumor chemotherapeutics admixture and use, control the chemotherapeutic drugs’ timing of administration according to the chronopharmacology, standardize solvent selection according to the requirements, decide the drug’s admixture and storage condition according to it’s stability, provide referenced concentration of drug and infusion speed by considering patients’ situation and medicinal properties, summarize the role PIVAS plays In the process of antitumor drugs standardization admixture . Results: For the highly clean environment, PIVAS guarantee the safety of chemotherapeutics treatment; meanwhile, pharmacists can take reasonable intervention in chemotherapeutic drugs’ correct choose solvent’s selection, dose determination and adjuvant drugs usage by examining prescription in time. By centralized admixture of chemotherapeutic drugs, PIVAS plays the extremely positive role in health care providers’ occupation protection, antitumor drugs admixture and operation’s standardization, clinical pharmacists’ importance manifestation. Conclusions: PIVAS can play a key role in the rationalization and standardization in the practice of tumor chemotherapy. The concentrated admixture of antitumor drug can not only improve the admixture condition of chemotherapeutics, enhance the admixture quality of antitumor drug, but also reduce pollution chemotherapeutics bring to human body and environment, additionally, provide the clinical pharmacists with an excellent platform that promoting chemotherapeutic drugs’ reasonable use and new entry point of clinical pharmacy service, provide patients with real individuali
