ARDS患者临床护理路径的实施及效果评价 陶方萍 史倩 段缓 陈连方 王银娥 魏登惠 童蓉 【摘要】 目的 探讨临床护理路径在急性呼吸窘迫综合症（ARDS）患者中的应用。方法 采用随机法分成两组，每组30例，对照组患者按常规医嘱进行护理，实验组采用制定的临床护理路径进行护理，观察两组患者的住ICU天数、费用、护理缺陷点、患者满意度有无差异。结果 实验组与对照组比较，平均入住ICU天数缩短3.44天，平均费用减少3607.43元，护理缺陷点下降，满意度提高。结论 临床护理路径在ARDS患者中应用效果良好，且提高了护理质量，值得应用推广。 【关键词】 临床护理路径 急性呼吸窘迫综合征 护理质量 The implementation and effect assessment of clinical nursing pathway to ARDS TAO fang ping,SHI qian,DUAN huan,CHEN lian fang,WANG yin e,WEI deng hui, TONG rong. Methods: It divided randomly into two groups, and 30 cases in each group . Use the normal nursing methods in comparing group.In the experimental group use the clinical nursing path. To observe ICU days , average hospitalisation , nursing defects and the gratification level of patients in the two group of patients. Results :Compared with the control group, the average number of ICU days shorted 3.44 days, the average cost reducted 3607.43 yuan, nursing defects point droped, and the gratification level of patients was raised. Conclusion: The application effect of Clinical nursing pathway to ARDS was good, and improved the quality of nursing.It is worth popularizing.
