Abstract Indoleamine 2, 3dioxygenase ( IDO) is fo nd co ld ind ce T cells imm nity tolerance by
ind cing tryptophan decompose, reg lating dendrit ic cells and T cells and relevant molec lar mechanism to
prevent graft vers s host disease( GVHD) and improve the s rvive rate of graft. It has became a therape tic
target to improve the s ccess rate of hematopoietic stem cell t ransplantat ion( H SCT ) .
