The author suggests creating a human resources outsourcing model by designing a website as the human resources outsourcing platform to implement the college students part-time market and docking enterprise. This project can solve the docking between the part-time recruitment needs of the college students and business. IT can solve the problem of college students looking for part-time, but also can reduce recruitment costs and improve efficiency for enterprises to achieve social resources optimization and configuration.
