新时代工匠精神赋能新质生产力的耦合逻辑与实践路径

摘要：【目的】为助力新质生产力的培育和发展，要大力弘扬和培育新时代工匠精神，提出新时代工匠精神赋能新质生

产力的实践路径。【方法】通过文献研究法，以当前已发表的论文、出版的著作等研究成果为研究对象，分析探究新时代

工匠精神与新质生产力的耦合逻辑。【结果】工匠精神蕴含的“执着专注、精益求精、一丝不苟、追求卓越”的精神品质，

其与新质生产力在起源、价值和目标三方面具有高度耦合性，两者相得益彰。【结论】为使新时代工匠精神赋能新质生产

力落到实处，要以新时代工匠精神为新质生产力提供精神支撑、注入人才动能、营造良好生态，助力新质生产力的培育和

发展，从而带动中国经济向“新”而行。
