In the process of implementing ERP, on the one hand, enterprises can make the allocation of resources more rationalization, on the other hand, it exists a lot of problems like high investment, high risks and with a long time. By using ERP analysis, it not only can get the key factor of success or failure of ERP, but also can improve its success rate of ERP implementation. In this paper, the author starts from the concept and function of ERP, on the basis of summarizing current situation of ERP’s application at home and abroad, it discusses the significance of ERP implementation in enterprises and builds index system to help enterprises to implement the ERP analysis from such aspects like construction principle, construction methods, selection of index and indicators of weight. In the end, author takes the ERP implement of Sinopec as an example to make performance analysis.
