Nowadays , an information age , as the application of ERP systems becomes more popular, more and more medium and small enterprises want to make use of ERP application to improve management ,break through the bottleneck and constrains on the development ,and increase competitive power . However , ERP project is a complicated engineering and has high risk. In addition, medium and small enterprises are restricted by many conditions. So the successful rate of ERP application is very bow. Many cases come to an end with failure . How to solve the difficult problem in the aspect and help medium and small enterprises improve the successful rate becomes a problem for solving urgently. The study bears considerable significance.
