企业信用风险分析与控制研究 摘 要 在现代市场经济中，信用无处不在。信用关系的不断发展一方面拓展了交易活动的时空限制，另一方面又给交易双方带来更大的不确定性，企业如何对信用风险进行详细分析和具体控制就是本文所要研究的中心问题。信用风险是企业面临的最主要的风险之一，特别是近年来，随着金融环境的多变和复杂程度的加深，企业所面对的信用风险日益增大。企业通过赊销在给客户提供短期信用提高销售额、扩大市场份额的同时，也承担着接受信用的客户到期无法履约而遭受经济损失的风险。如何平衡利益与风险的天平就成为了企业管理的重要一环。因此如何加强信用风险的管理，防范信用风险成为众多企业面临的一个重大问题。 关键词：信用风险；信用风险管理制度；风险控制 Enterprise Credit Risk Analysis and Control ABSTRACT In the modern market economy, credit is everywhere.
