河北经贸大学经济管理学院毕业论文 我国中小外贸企业业务流程外包研究专业名称：国际经济与贸易 班 级： C200906 学生姓名： 杨士灵 指导教师： 康学芹 完成时间： 2013年5月  摘 要 随着贸易环境的改变，中小外贸企业的经营陷入困境，急需转变经营理念。通过引入业务流程外包的理念，分析了中小外贸企业实行业务流程外包的必要性，从提升企业核心竞争力的角度提出了中小外贸企业的业务流程外包选择策略，并且从业务关联性的角度，运用委托代理理论，企业对服务商类型的选择策略。 本文通过阐述业务流程外包概念及意义，得出通过业务流程外包，企业可以提高经营效率、提高核心竞争力分析我国中小外贸企业业务流程外包现状，并结合不同类型中小外贸企业特点分析出中小外贸企业业务流程外包运作模式。分别针对生产型中小外贸企业提出单证外包和报关业务外包及CRM外包、国外进口商资信调查外包；针对专业型中小外贸企业提出生产外包和物流外包。实例分析外贸业务流程的全过程和两种类型中小外贸企业业务流程外包的运作模式。Abstract With the change of the trade environment, small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprise of business are in trouble, be badly in need of change management idea. By introducing the concept of business process outsourcing, analyzes the necessity of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises to implement business process outsourcing, from the Angle of enterprise core competitiveness, put forward the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprise of business process outsourcing selection strategy, and from the perspective of business relevance, using the principal-agent theory and enterprises choice of service provider type strategy.
