基于PLC的全自动洗衣机控制系统设计

摘要：本文描述的是利用PLC可编程控制器作为核心控制的全自动洗衣机控制系统。文章介绍了洗衣机的种类与结构，及可编程序控制器PLC的特点（体积小、使用方便、编程简单），对全自动洗衣机的控制系统进行了分析，在此基础上提出了全自动洗衣机控制系统设计方案，采用日本三菱公司生产的FX2N-32MR型PLC，及其他相应的元器件，并结合全自动洗衣机控制系统的要求，设计了流程及程序，对按钮、开关等其他一些输入/输出点进行控制，从而实现洗衣机洗衣过程的自动化，即洗衣机从进水到洗涤、排水、脱水、报警再到自动停机的全自动循环过程。

Title:PLC-basedautomaticwashingmachinecontrolsystem

Abstract:ThispaperdescribesafullyautomaticwashingmachinecontrolsystemthatusesaPLCprogrammablecontrollerasthecorecontrol.Thearticleintroducesthetypeandstructureofthewashingmachine,andthecharacteristicsoftheprogrammablecontrollerPLC(smallsize,easytouse,simpleprogramming).Thecontrolsystemofthefullyautomaticwashingmachineisanalyzed.Onthisbasis,theautomaticwashingmachinecontrolisproposed.ThesystemdesignschemeadoptstheFX2N-32MRPLCproducedbyMitsubishiCorporationofJapanandothercorrespondingcomponents,andcombinestherequirementsoftheautomaticwashingmachinecontrolsystemtodesigntheflowandprogram,andotherinput/outputpointssuchasbuttonsandswitches.Controliscarriedouttoautomatethewashingprocessofthewashingmachine,thatis,thefullyautomaticcirculationprocessofthewashingmachinefromwaterinfusiontowashing,draining,dehydrating,alarmingandautomaticshutdown.
