江瓯小学校长简介 江瓯小学校长简介 z，生于1974年6月，共产党员，中学高级教师，大学学历，现任温州市鹿城区江瓯小学校长。曾获得“全国青少年文明礼仪教育标兵”、“浙江省师德楷模”、“温州市优秀共产党员”、“温州市优秀教育工作者”等荣誉称号，并于2007年9月被评为“温州市名校长”，2010年6月开始设立“温州市z名校长工作室”，2011年6月被确定为首届“温州市百名领军教师”培养人选，2011年8月入选“长三角中小学名校长高级研究班”。2012年入选浙江省中小学名师名校长赴美考察团访问美国。 “教孩子六年，要为孩子想六十年”、“让孩子从心底绽放幸福的微笑”是他一贯倡导的办学理念。从97年走上校长岗位开始，他无论是在乡镇学校还是城市集团学校、新办学校还是百年老校任职，他都带领全体教职员工积极践行着这一办学理念。 在学校管理实践中，他不断汲取哲学、教育学等领域的文化营养，潜心于学校管理规律的研究与实践，勤于思索、乐于笔耕。先后有《新理念下校长工作策略》、《新理念下班主任工作策略》等60多篇论文在《中小学管理》、《小学德育》等刊物上发表或在县级以上获奖；成功主持并完成了《基于反思性教学促进农村小学“熟手型教师”专业化发展研究》等12项市级以上课题研究。近年来受邀为省、市、区级各种培训活动讲座40余次。 “把简单的事情做好就是不简单”。他正以平淡、真实的简单追求，演绎着自己不简单的教育人生！ Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, two session of the five plenary meeting spirit, fully implement the Scientific Outlook on Development based XX youth career development planning in accordance with the 11th Five-Year , building a first-class team, with first-class team.
