中小企业员工激励分析
摘 要
随着中国加入世界贸易组织和全球经济一体化进程的加快,人力资源管理在中小企业管理中的地位和作用日益增强,而采用员工激励机制提高企业核心竞争力已成为当今我国中小企业的必要选择。通过研究分析中小企业员工激励及激励机制,说明了中小企业的激励机制必须随着经营环境的变化做出相应的调整,进而依据激励理论分析了中小企业现行激励机制存在的问题,指出了其原因所在,并明确了其调整策略。本文以中小企业员工激励为题,结合收集和利用相关资料,分析当前中小企业员工激励所存在的问题,并分析其原因,针对现状及问题提出完善中小员工激励的对策建议,以期帮助企业建立一个科学的激励机制,提高员工工作积极性,提高工作效率。

The Research on the Staffs Inspiriting in Medium-sized and Small Enterprises
Abstract
With China’s joining in the World Trade Organization and the increasing process of global economic integration, human resource management plays more and more important role in small and medium enterprise management. Adopting employees’ incentive mechanism is the necessary choice to improve the enterprise core competitive ability in the small and medium-sized enterprises in China. Through the research and analysis of employee motivation and incentive mechanism in small and medium-sized enterprises, which illustrates the incentive mechanism in small and medium-sized enterprise must be adjusted according to the changes of the environment, and then analyzes the current existing problems in small and medium-sized enterprises based on the incentive theory and points out the reasons, and illustrates clearly the adjustment strategy. This paper, which titled as “enterprise employees incentive in small and medium-sized enterprises”, analyzed the current existing problems about employees incentive in small and medium-sized enterprise combining with the collection and use of relevant materials, and its causes are also analyzed in this paper.
