第三章 会计电算化基本要求 第一节 会计电算化法规制度 教学目的及要求：要求学生了解会计法对会计电算化的基本要求。 教学重难点：会计法对会计电算化的要求、 教学方法；讲授法 教学过程： 会计电算化作为会计工作的一种技术手段，应当保证其处理过程符合一定的规范，处理结果真实、完整。因此，国家制定了一系列政策法规，对开发设计会计电算化软件和单位开展会计电算化工作提出了基本要求。 一、会计电算化的基本要求 《会计法》规定，使用电子计算机进行会计核算的，其软件及生成的会计凭证、会计账簿、财务会计报告和其他会计资料必须符合国家统一的会计制度规定；会计账簿的登记、更正应当符合国家统一的会计制度。这是对实行会计电算化的单位关于会计软件及其相关会计资料的基本要求，包括两方面： （一）使用的会计软件达到符合财政部规定的会计软件的功能和技术标准。 （二）用电子计算机生成的会计资料应当符合国家统一会计制度的要求。 二、会计电算化的法规制度 1989年，财政部颁布了第一个会计电算化的法规《会计核算软件管理的几项规定（试行）》；（1990年1月1日起施行 insulating properties of air ...
