米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊在治疗子宫肌瘤中的疗效观察 河南省济源市人民医院妇科 刘玖玖 摘要：目的：观察米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊在治疗子宫肌瘤中的临床治疗效果。方法：随机选取2015年1月—2016年1月于我院就诊的子宫肌瘤患者98例，随机分为观察组（n=49）与对照组（n=49），观察组患者采用米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊进行治疗，对照组患者则仅使用米非司酮治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗前两组患者的子宫体积、肌瘤体积对比差异不显著，无统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后两组患者的子宫体积、肌瘤体积显著小于治疗前（P0.05）；且治疗后观察组患者的子宫体积、肌瘤体积显著小于对照组（P0.05）；治疗后观察组患者E2、P水平显著低于对照组（P0.05）；观察组痊愈30例；显效9例；有效7例，无效3例；观察组治疗总有效率93.88%；对照组痊愈21例；显效10例；有效9例，无效9例；对照组治疗总有效率81.63%；观察组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组（P0.05）。结论：采用米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤，能够明显缩小子宫肌瘤的体积，治疗效果良好，具体临床推广价值。 关键词：米非司酮；桂枝茯苓胶囊；子宫肌瘤中；临床疗效 To observe the curative effect of mifepristone combined with Guizhifuling capsule in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of mifepristone combined with Guizhifuling capsule in the treatment of uterine fibroids.
