化 工 进 展 2010 年第 29 卷第 12 期 CHEMICAL INDUSTRY AND ENGINEERING PROGRESS ·2315 · 进展与述评 分子印迹技术及其应用 王 颖,李 楠 (中国农业大学理学院,北京 100193 ) 摘 要:分子印迹是一项具备特异识别功能的新兴技术。本文介绍了其发展历程、基本原理及应用,并对分子 印迹聚合物的制备、表征方法等进行综述。主要介绍了模板分子、功能单体、交联剂、溶剂、致孔剂和反应条 件等因素对分子印迹聚合物制备的影响及本体聚合、原位聚合、沉淀聚合、悬浮聚合、表面印迹、电聚合等制 备方法。另外对近年来分子印迹技术在生物学、分析化学、天然产物化学、医药以及有机合成等方面的应用进 行了总结。 关键词:分子印迹技术;分子印迹聚合物;专一识别 中图分类号:O 658.9 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1000 –6613 (2010 )12 –2315 –09 Molecular imprinting technology and its application WANG Ying,LI Nan (College of Science,China Agricultural University,Beijing 100193 ,China ) Abstract:Molecular imprinting is a novel technology ,which can specifically recognize the imprinted molecules. This paper provides an outlook for the history ,principle and application of molecular imprinting technology (MIT ). The preparation and characterization methods of molecular imprinting polymers(MIPs )are reviewed. The factors for MIPs preparation ,such as template molecule ,functional monomer ,crosslinker ,solvent ,porogen and reaction conditions ,are mainly introduced. And the preparation methods ,such as bulk polymerization ,in situ polymerization ,precipitation polymerization ,suspension polymerization ,surface molecular imprinting and electrochemical polymerization ,are also introduced. In addition ,the recent application of MIT in biology ,analytical chemistry ,natural product chemistry ,medicine and organic synthesis are summarized.
