摘 要 随着科学技术的不断进步与发展，中医推拿作为传统中医治疗的重要组成部分，却仍由有经验的按摩师人工进行。近年来，虽然人们研制了许多推拿按摩器械，丰富、扩大了推拿保健和治疗的范围。但因机械力度难以掌握，振动频率不易控制，许多器械推拿还不能达到高水平推拿师手法治疗的效果。所以开发智能推拿器械，可望继承和发扬中医推拿技巧，使古老推拿术得到较大的推广。 医疗器械行业是一个多学科交叉、知识密集、资金密集的高科技产业。由于这几年随着计算机技术的飞速发展，医疗器械对于数字化、开放式、分布式体系的要求也越来越迫切。 智能按摩床为了适应不同患者的身高、体型，需要提供足够的运动和灵活空间，同时为了满足不同推拿操作的要求，又需要具有足够的刚度和精度，本按摩床设有推摩模块和滚法模块，可以自由操控。 今天，健康问题愈来愈受到人们普遍关注，研制出具有高自动化水平的 智能按摩床，不仅能满足巨大的市场需求，更能推进我国数字医疗器械 的快速发展，具有良好的市场开发和应用前景。 关键字：按摩床 中医按摩 智能 医疗器械 Abstract With the continuous progress and development of the science and technology, as an important component of the traditional chinese medicine therapy, traditional Chinese Medical Massage are still done by experienced massagists of Chinese medieine. In recent years a lot of Massage equipments have been developed that enriches and expands care and treatment of Massage. But because of grasping mechanical strength difficultly, quite difficult to control the rate of vibration, many massage instruments can not aehieve the high level of the advaneed massage surgeon.
