毕业设计 基于PLC家庭按摩器控制系统——软件系统设计 摘 要 为了加深对PLC的认识提高动手操作能力以及学以致用的能力,对基于PLC按摩控制系统软件设计进行研究。按摩控制系统选用PLC、变频器和步进电机驱动器作为主控器件,以交流电机和步进电机作为动力输出,实现按摩位置从肩部到脚踝和按摩七段速度选择的按摩功能。通过查阅文献和书籍获悉前人工作经验的方法和根据PLC、变频器、步进电机驱动器控制原理应用于实践的方法完成系统的设计。通过对系统测试的结果表明使用PLC、变频器、步进电机驱动器、步进电机和交流电机作为按摩控制的主控系统具有按摩换速平稳、运行流畅,容易实现复杂的控制功能等特点。 论文对基于PLC家庭按摩控制系统软件设计的方法和过程做了详细介绍,并对系统中使用到的器件做了简要的说明,完成设计后在实际测试中系统能够正常运行实现了预期的控制功能。 关键词:按摩器;PLC;变频器;步进电机驱动器 Abstract In order to deepen the understanding of PLC and improve the ability of operation and application, the software design of massage control system based on PLC is studied. The massage control system uses PLC, frequency converter and step motor driver as the main control device, and AC motor and step motor as the power output to realize the massage function of massage position selection from shoulder to ankle and massage seven speed segments. Through consulting literature and books, we can learn the method of previous work experience and complete the design of the system according to the control principle of PLC, frequency converter and step motor driver applied in practice. The result of the system test shows that the main control system which uses PLC, frequency converter, step motor driver, step motor and AC motor as massage control has the characteristics of smooth speed change, smooth operation, easy to achieve complex control functions and so on. In this paper, the method and process of software design of family massage control system based on PLC are introduced in detail, and the devices used in the system are briefly described. After the design, the system can run normally and achieve the expected control function in the actual test. Keywords: massager; PLC; frequency changer; stepper motor drive 设计说明 本次设计任务是从指导老师下达的毕业设计课题中选取,根据任务书的设计要求实现相关的按摩功能。设计课题是基于PLC家庭按摩器控制系统软件设计,需要实现按摩位置能够从肩部到脚踝,PLC控制变频器产生七种不同按摩速度的功能。首先考虑到要实现按摩位置从肩部到脚踝的移动功能,选用滚珠丝杆作为按摩移动的路径,然后考虑带动滚珠丝杆的方法,在查阅相关资料后选用步进电机带动滚珠丝杆。在需要使用到变频器的情况下选择交流电机作为按摩的动力输出,按摩方式选择为转动式按摩。考虑到按摩器不能按摩背部的脊椎部位,选用齿
