小学反思型教师特征及形成策略
摘要:20世纪80年代以来,教师专业化运动的发展,在欧美等西方国家兴起了一种新的教师发展模式——反思型教师模式,随着新课程改革的进行,反思越来越引起教育工作者的关注,小学教师要促进自身成长,也必须成为反思型教师。小学反思型教师是充满教育智慧的教师,是充满情感智慧的教师,是充满爱心的教师,也是自我研究的教师。成为小学反思型教师必须在自我评价、他人评价中成长、在评价学生中成长、在观摩学习与理论学习中提升自我,同时学校也应该建立教师反思的良好氛围。小学反思型教师可以通过记反思日记、写反思札记、观摩公开课、观看自己的教学录像来提升自我反思的能力,培养自我反思的习惯。

Abstract: Since the 1980s, the teacher specialization movement development, inwestern nation such as the Europe and America and so on has started one kindof new teacher to develop the pattern - reconsidering teacher pattern,reforms carrying on along with the new curriculum, reconsidering moreand more arouses educators interest, the elementary school teachersmust promote own growth, also must become the reconsidering teacher.The elementary school reconsidering teacher is a teacher which fillsthe education wisdom, is teacher which fills the emotion wisdom, isteacher which fills the compassion, also is the self- researchteacher. Becomes the elementary school reconsidering teacher to have in theself- appraisal, the other people to appraise grows, in appraises inthe student to grow, in observes and emulates in the study and thetheoretical study promotes oneself, simultaneously the school also tobe supposed to establish the good atmosphere which the teacherreconsiders. The elementary school reconsidering teacher may throughrecord the reconsidering diary, write the reconsidering note, maleobserves and emulates to teach a course, to watch own teaching videorecording to promote self- reconsidering the ability, raises self-reconsidering the custom.

一、反思型教师观的思想渊源与研究现状
