先张法预应力空心板病害分析及处置对策研究

摘要:先张法预应力空心板梁桥应用广泛,经过多年运营后逐渐出现底板纵向裂缝、底板横向裂缝、腹板斜向裂
缝及铰缝损伤等多种典型病害。这些病害产生的主要原因是设计缺陷及施工质量缺陷,交通荷载作用和环境侵蚀是
病害发展的直接原因。为做好空心板梁的养护维修,建议采用底板灌浆修复底板纵向裂缝,采用HB-FRP加固法修
复底板跨中横向裂缝,采用“植筋+高性能混凝土浇筑”工艺提升梁端抗剪承载能力。铰缝根据损坏程度可针对性
地采用灌浆加固、重做现浇层和重做铰缝等方式提升桥梁整体刚度。

Abstract:Theapplicationofpre-stressedhollowslabbeambridgesiswidespread.Afteryearsofoperation,theygraduallyexhibit
varioustypicaldiseasessuchaslongitudinalcracksinthebottomslab,transversecracksinthebottomslab,diagonalcracksinthe
webs,anddamagetothehingedjoint.Themaincausesofthesediseasesaredesigndefectsandconstructionqualitydefects,whilethe
actionoftrafficloadsandenvironmentalerosionarethedirectcausesoftheirdevelopment.Toproperlymaintainandrepairhollow
slabbeams,itisrecommendedtousebottomslabgroutingtorepairlongitudinalcracksinthebottomslab,HB-FRPreinforcement
methodtorepairtransversecracksinthemiddleofthebottomslab,and“rebarplanting+high-performanceconcretepouring”
technologytoenhancetheshearbearingcapacityatthebeamends.Accordingtothedegreeofdamage,thehingejointcanbe
