摘要
体域网作为远程监护系统中的一种新技术,对缓解人们日益增长的医疗保健 需求同传统医疗资源不足的矛盾具有重大的社会意义。便携式移动网关作为连接 体域网和互联网的关键设备,可以让用户在移动状态下实现人体生理数据和环境 数据的收集和转发。因此,论文设计了一款基于 Android 智能手机的移动网关,主 要工作有:
1. 完成了网关总体方案设计。论文将网关分成软件界面、数据通信模块、数
据处理模块以及文件管理模块 4 部分,并对各模块的功能做了具体介绍。
2. 完成了基于 Android 平台的软件界面设计。为了提高用户体验和界面响应 速度,网关将复杂的数据处理工作放在后台 Service 中执行,界面只负责与用户和 测量设备的交互以及测量结果的实时显示。
3. 完成了数据通信模块的设计。数据通信模块包括蓝牙通信子模块和 Wi-Fi 通信子模块两部分。蓝牙通信子模块在实现点对点通信的基础上,完成了网关与 测量设备的组网;给出了一种通过 Wi-Fi 方式接入网络,采用基于 TCP/IP 协议的 Socket 编程实现网关与服务器之间数据通信的方案。
4. 完成了数据处理模块的开发。结合手机在处理器速度、内存大小、散热等 方面的局限性,实现了心电、血压、血氧饱和度以及脉搏等人体生理参数在网关 中的处理以及实时显示等功能。同时,网关采用定时更新基线和方差放大的处理 方式解决了心电波形更新时的基线漂移。

Abstract
As a new technology of remote monitoring system, Body Area Network has great social significance in alleviating the contradiction between people’s growing healthcare demands and the shortage of traditional medical resources. As a crucial equipment of connecting Body Area Network and Internet, portable mobile gateways can realize the collection and forwarding of physiological data and environmental data with users in moving state. So, a mobile gateway based on Android Smartphone was designed in this paper. The main work has:
The overall design of the gateway was completed. The paper divided the gateway into software interface, data communication module, data processing module and file management module, and introduced the function of each module.
The design of software interface based on the Android platform was completed. To improve the user experience and interface response speed, the complex data processing work of gateway was performed in the background Service, and the interface was only responsible for interaction with the user and measuring equipment and the real-time display of measurement results.
