基于PLC的电热锅炉供热系统设计
摘要:本篇论文主要介绍了一种基于PLC技术的电热锅炉供热系统软件的设计,该电热锅炉由补水泵、循环泵、电加热管和传感器等元件组成,程序部分用STEP7软件调试运行。本产品通过自动、手动、定时控制三种方式控制锅炉加热,给予用户更多的选择,并具有缺相、超温、超压等全面保护措施。该电热锅炉可实时采集出水温度、回水温度以及压力大小,并进行智能控制。实验证明,本论文所设计的电热锅炉系统工作稳定可靠,智能化程度较高,自主性强,对各种要求适应能力强,是一种实用的设计方法,可满足一般用户的要求,具有较高的推广价值。

Design of Electric boiler heating system based on PLC
Abstract:This paper mainly introduced an electric boiler heating system software design based on the PLC technology, this electric heating boiler was consisted by a water pump, a circulating pump, electric heating tubes and sensors, the program part was debugged and ran by STEP7 software. To give users more choices this product has three ways to control the heating boiler: automatic, manual and timing control, and have comprehensive protection measures as lack phases, over-temperature, over-pressure and so on. The electric boiler can collect real-time water temperature, return-water temperature and the amount of water pressure, by an intelligent-control way. Experimental results shows that this electric boiler system design is stable and reliable, highly intelligence, independent and strong, adaptable to a variety of requirements, this is a practical design approach, will satisfies the general requirements of the users, and has a highly promotional value.
