儿科临床药师合理用药教学体会刘莹(首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院,北京,100045)摘要目的:探讨儿科临床药师的培养方法,提升儿科合理用药水平。方法:参考我国临床药师培训的经验,结合我国药学教育和临床药学发展情况进行论述。结果:在儿科临床药师的培养过程中,应重视儿科临床知识、临床实践能力、临床沟通能力以及科研能力的培养,并细化专业,培养儿科专科临床药师,这样才能更好地为儿科临床提供药学服务。结论:临床药师培养方式必须坚持临床途径,只有通过临床实践,才能将学校教育获得的知识转化为临床药物应用的技能,完成由学生成长为临床药师的转变。关键词:临床药师;儿科;培养Exploration and Experience of Training Pediatric Clinical PharmacistLiu Ying (Beijing Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Capital University of Medical Sciences, Beijing 100045,China)ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE:To explore the effective methods of training pediatric clinical pharmacist in china, in order to improve the level of rational drug use in pediatrics.Methods:Discuss training methods combining pharmacy education in our country, reference about the experience of the training of clinical pharmacists and the development of clinical pharmacy.Results:In order to provide better pharmacy services for clinical pediatrics, it is very important to lay emphasis on the training of pediatric clinical knowledge, clinical practice, clinical communication skills, scientific research ability and specialization of the subjects in the training of pediatric clinical pharmacist.Conclusions:Clinical pharmacist training methods must be adhere to clinical pathways. Only through clinical practice, our knowledge be turned into a clinical drug application skills to complete the transition from students become clinical pharmacists.Key words:Clinical pharmacist; Pediatrics; Training工作单位:首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院药剂科详细通讯地址:北京市西城区南礼士路56号邮编:100045 联系电话:010邮箱:judyjudy5479@儿童的生理特点与成人迥异,儿童的体液比重、体表面积均显著高于成人,而其肝、肾等器官的代谢作用却未发育成熟。因此,儿童口服药物后,血药浓度往往会高于成人,但药物清除却不及成人。这便会引起肝、肾等脏器的损伤。大人用的药儿童不一定能用。特别是六个月以下的婴幼儿,用药更要格外慎重。因此,加强儿科临床药学人才的培养以适应临床药学工作发展的需要具有十分重要的实际意义。笔者结合自身教学工作经验,对如何将合理用药的知识和工作技巧传授给学生提出如下探索与体会。1注重儿科临床知识的学习,调整教学科目随着社会经济的发展,临床药学学科逐渐兴起,药学教育观念也在不断发生变化,临床药学教育在我国得到了迅速发展。但由于我国高等临床药学教育起步较晚,人才培养模式还处于探索阶段。在专业设置和课程设置上,我国现有的药学教育中临床药物治疗学和临床医学知识相对贫乏,培养的学生普遍缺乏与医师的共同语言,因而缺乏对医师和患者的说服力,不能发挥临床药师的职能和作用。所以在儿科临床药师的培养过程中,应调整教学科目,例如:化学课程必须围绕药物与机体的相互作用进行。药
