某电厂锅炉水冷壁钢管泄漏原因分析

摘要:某电厂80MW亚临界机组燃气锅炉,投入运营后持续安全稳定运行11个月,随后按计划进行停
炉检修。检修完成后进行水压试验过程中发现,炉膛左侧水冷壁上部钢管的向火侧发生泄漏。本文通过对发
生泄漏钢管的宏观形貌、化学成分、力学性能、金相组织等进行观察分析,并结合扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪
对腐蚀产物的成分进行分析,发现钢管发生泄漏的主要原因是锅炉用水的pH值较低,钢管内部发生了垢下腐蚀。

themacroscopicmorphology,chemicalcomposition,mechanicalproperties,metallographicstructure,etc.ofthe
leakingsteeltube,andanalyzesthecompositionofthecorrosionproductsusingscanningelectronmicroscopyand
energydispersivespectroscopy.ThemainreasonfortheleakageofthesteeltubeisthelowpHvalueoftheboiler
water,whichcausescorrosionunderscaleinsidethesteeltube.
