网络的环境下医学情报信息服务管理工作特征的探讨 　　摘要：本文对网络技术和信息数字化时代医学情报信息服务特征、医学图书馆的职能定位和医学图书馆员的素质训练等进行了阐述。文章从多元化信息需求、信息服务的多样性、信息服务的主动性等方面叙述了信息数字化环境下医学情报信息的服务特征；从多层次组织信息资源、形成信息资源优势、搜集整理二次文献，配合继续医学教育开展专题检索服务、陈列继续医学教育专业书刊，展示新馆藏、为远程继续医学教育服务以及利用图书馆硬件设施和有效空间，特别是图书馆接触的最新医学科技信息的优势，组织读者开展学术、继续医学教育等活动。叙述了网络环境下医学图书馆的职能定位；强调了图书馆员应注重优良思想品质和心理素养的培养、坚持严谨的工作作风和认真负责的工作态度以及加强业务技能训练在医学科技信息服务和管理中的重要性。 　　关键词：网络；医学图书馆；职能定位；素质训练 　　Discussion on the Characteristics of Medical Information Service Management in Network Environment 　　HA Jin-xiu 　　（Tianjin Institute of Medical Science and Technology Information，Tianjin 300070，China） 　　Abstract：The era of digital information network technology and medical information service characteristics，member functions and medical library of medical library of quality training were discussed.From the diversification of information needs，the diversity of information service，the initiative and full information service of medical information service characteristics of digital information environment；the hierarchical organization of information resources，information resources，collecting documents for two times，with the continuing medical education to carry out special search service，continue to display professional books and periodicals of medical education，show the reservoir，continuing medical education services and library facilities and effective use of space for the remote，especially the latest medical science information library of the contact the advantage，organization to carry out academic readers，continuing medical education activities.This paper describes the function orientation of medical library in network environment；emphasize the librarians should pay attention to the cultivation of excellent ideological quality and psychological quality，adhere to strict style of work and serious and responsible work attitude and the importance of strengthening the business skills training in medical science and technology information service and management. 　　Key words：Networ
