渤海大学 本科毕业论文 　　　　　题 目：企业战略性人力资源管理 ——基于民营企业的研究 　　　　　姓 名：李莹智 　　　　　专 业：信息管理与信息系统 　　　　　班 级：03级6班 　　　　　院 系：信息科学与工程学院 　　　　　入学年度：2003年 　　　　　指导教师: 任敏贤 　　　　　日 期: 2007年5月23日 企业战略性人力资源管理研究 摘要：改革开放以来，我国民营企业获得快速的发展，成为国民经济的重要组成部分，对国民经济的发展起着极为重要的促进作用。20世纪90年代以来，随着我国加入WTO和经济全球化、知识经济的到来，我国民营企业面临着广泛的市场空间和诸多机遇，但同时也面临着严峻的挑战。由于我国民营企业发展的历史原因，民营企业的人力资源管理现状存在诸多不足之处。民营企业要在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟，不断取得竞争优势，持续发展进步，必须努力培植企业自身的核心能力。在民营企业构建战略性人力资源管理体系，加强人力资源管理，是培植企业核心能力的有效途径。 　　本论文首先分析了民营企业的人力资源管理现状，指出存在的问题;并对民营企业的经营环境进行分析，民营企业加强人力资源管理显得极为紧迫;接着提出在民营企业构建战略性人力资源管理体系，并对在民营企业建立战略性的人力资源管理体系的操作策略和具体方法提出建议。 关键词: 民营企业人力资源管理； 核心能力； 企业文化 Research on Strategic Human Resource Management of Privately-run Enterprise Abstract: Since reform and opening to the outside world, Chinas privately-run enterprises have undergone rapid development and have become a major component of the national economy while playing an important role in accelerating the development of the national economy. From the 1990s on, a series of processes such as Chinas entrance to the WTO, and the advent of economic globalization and the knowledge economy have provided privately-run enterprises with wide market spaces and various opportunities, yet at the　same time they also brought along serious challenges. As a result of their history of development, Chinas privately-run companies have considerable drawbacks in their　human resource management. In order to gain a foothold in the stiff market competition, keep cutting an edge and ensure sustained growth, privately-run enterprises must　cultivate their own core power. One effective way to cultivate such power is to construct　a system of strategic human resource management to strengthen human resource management. This thesis first analyzes the status quo of privately-run companies’ human resource　management and identifies problems there in.
