早期联合应用经鼻持续气道正压通气和肺表面活性物质治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨早期联合应用经鼻持续气道正压通气（NCPAP）和肺表面活性物质（PS）治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果。 方法 选取本院2012年12月～2014年12月收治的60例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例。对照组给予经鼻持续气道正压通气，观察组给予经鼻持续气道正压通气和肺表面活性物质联合应用。比较两组用药后不同时间的pH值、动脉血氧分压、二氧化碳分压改变情况。 结果 观察组用药1、12、24 h的pH值显著大于对照组同时间段，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组用药1、12、24 h的动脉血氧分压显著高于对照组同时间段，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组用药1、12、24 h的动脉血二氧化碳分压低于对照组同时间段，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 早期联合应用NCPAP和PS治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征；经鼻持续气道正压通气；肺表面活性物质 　　[中图分类号] R722.12 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）05（a）-0101-03 　　Effect of early combination application of nasal continuous positive airway pressure and pulmonary surfactant in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome 　　LIANG Chun-hua LIN Chun-fan LIN feng GUAN Ze-xiong 　　People′s Hospital of Yangjiang City in Guangdong Province，Yangjiang 529500，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of the early combined application of nasal continuous positive airway pressure （NCPAP） and pulmonary surfactant （PS） in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.
