无缝隙护理管理在减少妇产科院内感染中应用价值 　　[摘要]目的 探讨无缝隙护理管理在减少妇产科院内感染中的应用价值。方法 选取2014年1月～2015年12月本院妇产科收治的30例院内感染患者作为研究对象，随机将其分为对照组和实验组，每组各15例。对照组患者接受常规护理，实验组患者接受无缝隙护理，对比两组患者临床护理整体满意度和不良反应发生情况。结果 实验组患者总满意度（100.0%）高于对照组（73.3%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。妇产科患者常见院内感染部位包括：胃肠道、宫腔、手术切口、泌尿道、呼吸道和总体感染等，手术切口、泌尿道、呼吸道及总体感染发生率比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在妇产科患者院内感染过程中应用无缝隙护理管理模式，有助于降低患者院内感染发生率，提高患者的护理满意度，因而临床应用价值较高。 　　[关键词]无缝隙护理管理；妇产科；院内感染 　　[中图分类号] R197.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）09（b）-0181-03 　　Application value of seamless nursing management in reducing nosocomial infection in department of obstetrics and gynecology 　　XIE Chun-mei SONG Yan-ping 　　Quality Control Office，Ningdu People′s Hospital，Jiangxi Province，Ningdu 342800，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the application value of seamless nursing management in reducing the infection in department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods The clinical data of 30 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group，with 15 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received seamless nursing.The overall satisfaction and adverse reactions of clinical nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of the experimental group （100.0%） was higher than that of the control group （73.3%），the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Obstetrics and gynecology patients common hospital infection sites include： gastrointestinal tract，uterine cavity，surgical incision，urinary tract，respiratory tract and total infection.The incidence of surgical incision，urinary traot，respiratory tract and total infection were compared，and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion The application of seamless nursing management in the process of hospital infection in obstetrics and gynecology patients is helpful to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection and improve the patients′ nursing satisf
