技术经济与管理研究 2011 年第 10 期 中国网购中物流服务质量评价的实证研究 黄 斐,王 佳 (澳门科技大学行政与管理学院,中国 澳门) 摘 要:中国市场日益兴盛的网络购物,凸显出电子商务活动中鼠标加水泥的应用特征,其表现仰赖业务环节中各个部分 协调一致的发展支持,而物流环节在其中扮演着关键作用。基于传统的服务质量概念和物流服务质量评价维度,通过实证研究 来进一步理解物流在中国网购业务发展中的短板问题,在顾客视角下讨论中国网购活动中物流服务质量的相关量表维度的表 现,进行符合中国经验的物流服务质量评价的维度调整,并且进一步地通过结构方程模型来探索其中各主要因素的相互关系, 运用结构方程分析修正所得到的概念模型。最后,联系既有文献基础和实证分析的结论,能够对于中国当前网购活动中的物流 配送环节挖掘出具有实务意义和针对性的发现,尤其理解包装环节,人员的沟通质量和误差处理在实证结论的显著意义,帮助 中国物流服务企业发展以顾客为中心的业务模式。 关键词:网络购物;第三方物流;服务质量;物流配送;物流服务 中图分类号:F259.2 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1004- 292X(2011)10- 0054- 05 The Empirical Study of logistics Service Quality Evaluation Within Online Shopping in China HUANG Fei , WANG Jia (School of Administrative and Management , Macau University of Science and Technology , Macau China ) Abstract : The booming growth of online shopping business in China represents the Click-and-Motor feature in electronic commerce activities , which greatly rely on the appropriate maturity of all key supporting service parts , and the logistics part is playing the key role within the complete chain. Integrating the traditional theories of Service Quality and Logistics Service Quality Measures , the study will conduct some empirical manner to investigate the e-logistics problem within online shopping business in China. From the customer- centric perspective , the study can make some conclusions derived from measuring logistics exercises of online shopping activities , and then develop and analyze one specific framework of assessing the e-logistics service quality based on the practice in China Mainlands Market. The study is expected to deal with those concrete matter related in e-logistics problem within online shopping business in China b
