摘要目的：探究金水六君煎輔助治疗对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者肺功能和

免疫功能的影响。方法：选取2015年1月至2018年6月江苏省苏北人民医院收治的稳定期

COPD患者160例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组80例。对照组采用常规西

药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加服金水六君煎。比较2组患者治疗前后肺功能、免疫功能、

免疫球蛋白以及临床有效率。结果：治疗后观察组临床有效率为86.25%，显著高于对照组

68.75%（P0.05）。治疗后2组免疫球蛋白（IgA、IgG和IgM）、肺功能（FEV1、FEV1和

FEV1/FVC）、免疫功能（CD4+、Th17和Th17/Treg）较治疗前明显提高（P0.05），且观察

组上述指标治疗后均高于对照组（P0.05）。治疗后2组CD8+较治疗前降低（P0.05），且

观察组CD8+低于对照组（P0.05）。结论：相较于常规的西药，加服金水六君煎治疗稳定期

COPD能够显著改善患者呼吸功能，具有更好的疗效，可能与该方剂对免疫细胞及其细胞因子

的作用有关。

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheeffectsonlungfunctionandimmunefunctioninpatients
