2010年度本科生毕业论文（设计） 蒙自城区体育场馆使用情况调查研究 院 － 系： 体育学院 专 业： 体育教育 年 级： 2006级 学生姓名： 　 学 号： 200607050103 导师及职称： 2010年5月 摘要 本文通过对蒙自城区部分对外开放体育场馆使用情况进行调查研究，并且对影响体育场馆使用的因素进行分析，找出蒙自城区体育场馆在使用过程中存在的问题，提出以下解决方法：加大对一些群众体育设施的投入和扩建，实现现有的体育场馆满足不同年龄、不同层次和不同工作时间安排不同的人口进行体育锻炼的需求，充分发挥现有体育场馆的功能，合理的整合体育场馆的结构，改革人事制度，完善用人机制，改革体育场馆人才匮乏的局面。制定切实可行的优惠政策，吸引更多渠道的资金来共同发展，适当加大简易和大众档次的体育场地设施的建设，注意学习和借鉴国内、国外的体育场馆成功的经营理念。结合当地实际情况积极探索新的管理模式，让体育场馆的多功能起到良好作用，使他们的经济效益和社会效益得到最好的实现。从而提高蒙自城区对外开放体育场馆的使用率，以达到提高蒙自体育人口的数量，推动全民建设计划的更好开展，也为其它体育场馆进行对外开放提供一些参考意见。 关键词：体育场馆； 蒙自地区； 经营管理 Abstract Based on the urban part of the open stadium Mengzi usage research and use of sports facilities on the factors affecting the analysis, to identify Mengzi City stadium in the course of the problems. The following solution: increase the right number of people into sports facilities and expansion of existing sports venues to meet the different age groups. Reform the personnel system. Improve employment mechanism. The lack of personnel reform stadium situation. Develop practical preferential policies to attract more funds to channel the common development of simple and appropriate to increase the public grade sports facilities construction, attention to learn from domestic and foreign stadiums successful business ideas. Local realities and actively explore new management model for multi-purpose stadium to play well and make their economic and social benefits are best realized.
