摘 要 随着信息化的改革步伐的加快，企业的运营成本中信息化成本的扩 充，企业软件平台不断的完善，对企业信息化平台建设提出了更高的要求。 软件平台架构作为企业信息化平台建设中的基石，关系到企业是否能够充 分发挥应变市场需求变化、顺利进行生产、全面提高工作效率，特别是对 大型服务性机构来说，信息化服务在整个结构的管理中也占据着非常重要 的地位。加强信息化服务，有利于实现企业管理现代化，使业务发展有序 进行，提高各项技术经济指标，为企业取得良好的经济效益提供充分的保 证。 辅助软件系统以核心业务为中心，分解成热线平台、短信平台、网站 平台和触摸屏平台的架构模式，提供全方位的信息化服务。其中，热线平 台提供语音电话服务、短信平台提供短消息服务、网站平台发布信息和触 摸屏平台提供查询与打印服务。 本论文根据企业核心业务的辅助功能的实际需求情况，以实现可扩展 性强和稳定的辅助软件系统为设计目标，经过分析系统设计过程中涉及的 技术难点与理论后，在以下方面做了深入研究：采用基于框架的设计思想 对系统进行设计，方便高效的设计出稳定的和易维护的系统，方便今后的 二次开发；根据基于 SOA 的思想，采用 Web Service 等技术，实现电信、 联通和移动短信的发送；基于门面模式的分布式数据库同步技术，实现多 数据库事务同步。 关键词：开发框架；SOA；J2EE；WEB SERVICE II II Abstract With the accelerated pace of reform for information technology, the effective expansion of cost for information technology in the business, the improvement of enterprise software platform, the construction of enterprise information platform demand higher. Software platform architecture, as the cornerstone of the enterprise information platform construction, related to the company is able to give full play to the strain changes in market demand, smooth production and comprehensively improving the work efficiency, especially for large service organization, information technology service in the entire structure the management also occupies a very important position. Improving information service that is conducive to the realization of the modernization for enterprise management, makes business development in an orderly manner, improves the technical and economic indicators to provide sufficient guarantee for enterprise and achieved good economic. Supporting software system, as the core business`s center, broken down into the hotline platform, messaging platform, web platform and touch-screen platform architecture model to provide a comprehensive information service.
