第23 卷第3 期 高 校 化 学 工 程 学 报 No.3 Vol.23 2009 年 6 月 Journal of Chemical Engineering of Chinese Universities June 2009 文章编号:1003-9015(2009)03-0510-06 一种新型液晶环氧树脂单体的合成与固化研究 蔡智奇, 孙建中, 任 华, 赵 骞, 周其云, 徐军龙 (浙江大学 化学工程与生物工程学系 化学工程国家重点实验室, 浙江 杭州 310027) 摘 要:合成了一种新型复合联苯和芳香酯型的液晶环氧单体(4,4′-双(4-羟基苯甲氧基)-3,3′,5,5′- 四甲基联苯二缩水甘 1 13 油醚,DGE-BHBTMBP) ,并用FT-IR 、H-NMR 和 C-NMR 对产物进行结构表征。用4,4′-二氨基二苯基砜(DDS)和4,4- 双(氨基苯氧基)二苯砜(BAPS)两种芳香二胺固化剂在DSC 中进行等温和非等温固化研究,从固化过程来看,BAPS 比 DDS 更适合作为DGE-BHBTMBP 的固化剂。 关键词:刚棒状介晶元;联苯;芳酯;液晶环氧;合成 中图分类号:TQ323.5 文献标识码:A Synthesis and Curing of a Novel Combined Liquid Crystalline Epoxy CAI Zhi-qi, SUN Jian-zhong, REN Hua, ZHAO Qian, ZHOU Qi-yun, XU Jun-long (State Key Laborafory of Chemical Engineering, Department of Chemical Engineering and Biochemical Engineering, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou 310027, China) Abstract: A novel combined liquid crystalline epoxy containing biphenyl and aromatic ester-type group, diglycidyl ether of 4,4′-bis(4-hydroxybenzoyloxy)-3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbiphenyl (DGE- BHBTMBP), was synthesized. Its spectroscopic structure and thermal properties were investigated with NMR, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and polarized light microscopy (PLM). Two curing agents, diaminodiphenylsulfon (DDS) and bis(aminephenoxylphenyl) sulfone (BAPS), were chosen to investigate the curing behavior of epoxy/aromatic diamine by means of nonisothermal DSC.
