关于我国中小型企业企业文化建设的研究 公共事业管理专业学生 赵号号 指导老师 伍洁 摘要：本文通过对中小型企业和企业文化进行界定，引出企业文化建设的涵义，说明企业文化建设对我国中小型企业的发展具有多重意义。文章重点对我国当代中小型企业的企业文化建设现状进行分析，指出目前中小型企业企业文化建设存在的问题：如企业管理者缺乏对企业文化建设正确的理解与认识；企业缺乏与自身融合的企业文化；企业文化不能体现＂以人为本＂；不能使员工有归属感。并针对目前存在的问题，制定具体的企业文化建设策略，有效解决中小企业企业文化建设问题，既丰富了这一领域的理论研究，又能为广大的中小企业经营者提供有益的参考和建议。 关键词：中小型企业；企业文化；建设 Study on the Construction of Corporate Culture in Chinese Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Student majoring in Public Administration ZHAO Haohao Tutor WU Jie Abstract：This article through carries on the limits to the Small and medium-sized enterprise and the enterprise culture, draws out the enterprise culture construction the implication, explained that the enterprise culture construction has the multiple significances to our country Small and medium-sized enterprises development.
