人才资源的开发与管理
摘 要:人才资源开发与管理,是指一个企业或组织团体在组织团体现有的人才资源基础上,依据企业战略目标、组织结构变化,对人才资源进行调查、分析、规划、调整,提高组织或团体现有的人才资源管理水平,使人才资源管理效率更好,为团体(组织)创造更大的价值。
人才资源开发与管理的目标:一是通过开发活动提高人的才能;二是通过开发活动增强人的活力或积极性。
提高人的才能是人才资源开发与管理的基础。人的才能的高低,决定人才资源存量的多寡;增强人的活力是人才资源开发的关键。有才能而没有活力,这种才能没有任何现实意义;有了活力就会自我开发潜力,提高才能。

Pick to: human resources development and management, it is to point to an enterprise or organization in the organization s existing talent resource base, according to the strategic objectives of enterprises, organizational structure changes, to talent resource investigation, analysis, planning, adjust, improve organizations or groups of existing human resources management level, make the talent resources management efficiency better, as groups ( Organization ) to create greater value.
Human resources development and the management objectives: one is through the development of activities to improve peoples ability; two is through the development of activity to enhance the vitality and enthusiasm.
Enhancement of human talent is the basis of talent resources development and management. The persons discretion, decide the human resources stock size; strengthen the vigor of development of talent resources is the key. Have talent but no vitality, this ability without any practical significance; alive will self development potential, improve ability.
