降解茶粕高效纤维素酶的菌株的筛选

摘 要:为筛选降解茶粕高效纤维素酶的菌株提供依据。从土壤、垃圾以及腐烂的树叶中通过刚果红培
养基、羧甲基纤维素培养基等培养基初筛出6 株菌株L- 1、L-3、L-4 、L-5、L-6、L-2 。然后用这6 株菌种对
以油茶饼粕为主要营养成分的固态培养基进行单菌发酵。先比较固态发酵时菌种的内切酶酶活得出
L- 1、L-3、L-4 等3 种菌株可做为高效降解茶粕纤维素的备选菌株,通过3 种菌株的外切酶酶活、内切酶
酶活、总酶活的显著性分析得知,L-3 菌株的3 种酶活值分别依次可达到1701.7999 U 、1880.0634 U 、
1798.2334 U ,且其显著性高于其他的菌株,是产降解茶粕高效纤维素酶的最佳菌株,经鉴定该种菌株属
于青霉属。

Screening the Strains of Producing Efficient Cellulase which can
Efficiently Decompose the Cellulose of Camellia Cake

Abstract: The aim of the study was to provide foundation for screening the strains of producing efficient
cellulase which can efficiently decompose the cellulose of camellia cake. From the soil, garbage and rotting
leaves through such as Congo red medium, carboxymethyl cellulose medium and so on mediums screened out
of L-1, L-3, L-4, L-5, L-6, L-2 6 strains. Then used those six strains to individually ferment the medium
which was composed of Camellia cake as the main nutritional components. By comparing the solid-state
fermentation of enzyme activity ,could know that L-1, L-3, L-4 three kinds of strains can be used as alternate
strains which could efficiently decompose the cellulose of Camellia cake. And by comparing the significant
analysis about the Glucanase Exonuclease, the Glucanase enzyme and the total activity of
