毕业论文 （20_ _届） 农业上市公司经营业绩研究 摘 要 农业是我国经济发展、社会稳定的基础，农业生产力的发展是我国经济工作的重中之重，关系到国民经济发展的全局。农业上市公司作为农业生产力的代表，对促进农业产业结构调整，推动农业产业结构升级，加速我国农业现代化进程都发挥着重要作用。然而，种种迹象表明，近年来农业上市公司整体业绩不佳，农业上市公司的比较优势正在减弱，因此，如何增强农业上市公司核心竞争力，改善其财务状况，提升其经营业绩，促进农业上市公司健康、可持续发展，充分发挥农业上市公司对全国农业的整体影响和推动作用值得研究。 本文在广泛吸收国内外现有研究成果的基础上，以财务理论为基础，采用实证研究，定性与定量分析相结合的方法，运用实际获得的数据及资料分析我国农业上市公司的基本现状。在对现行财务评价指标体系进行改进的基础上，通过综合经济指数法，找出经营业绩最好和最差的农业上市公司，进行对比分析，找出他们的差异及原因所在。并借助SPSS软件建立回归模型和进行描述性分析，研究影响因素，试图找到农业上市公司经营业绩不佳的症结所在，进而提出增强农业上市公司竞争力，提升经营业绩的对策建议，促进我国农业产业结构调整升级的顺利开展。 关键词：Abstract Agriculture is the countrys economic development, social stability，The development of agricultural productivity is the top priority of Chinas economic work，and related to the overall national economic development.Agriculture listed company as a representative of agricultural productivity has played an important role to the promotion of agricultural structure adjustment, promoting the upgrading of industrial structure of agriculture, and accelerate the process of agricultural modernization in our country. However, In recent years, there are indications that the overall poor performance of listed companies in agriculture and comparative advantage in agricultural listed companies is weakening, therefore, how to enhance the core competitiveness of agricultural listed companies to improve their financial position, improve its operating performance, and promote the health of agricultural listed companies, sustainable development, give full play to the national agricultural ‘s overall impact and the role in promoting is worthy of study.
