【摘要】目的：分析药学干预对于减少临床不合理用药发生的实际价值。方法：样本抽取时间为2022年1月—2023年8月，地点为我院，均为各类药物治疗患者，样本数量200例，通过随机数字表法分组，即对照组和观察组，各组病例数量均为100例，对照组为常规药物治疗，观察组进行药学干预，对两组患者的不合理用药发生率、药物不良反应发生率以及用药依从性等进行对比。结果：观察组不合理用药发生率为0.00%，明显低于对照组的7.00%，P0.05；观察组药物不良反应率为2.00%，明显低于对照组的10.00%，P0.05；观察组用药依从性优良率为99.00%，明显高于对照组的91.00%，P0.05。结论：通过开展药学干预能够有效减少临床不合理用药的发生，提升患者的用药安全性以及药物治疗依从性。

【Abstract】Objective：Toanalyzethepracticalvalueofpharmaceuticalinterventioninreducingtheoccurrenceofclinicalirrationaldruguse.Methods：ThesamplewasselectedfromJanuary2022toAugust2023inourhospital.Allpatientsweretreatedwithvariousdrugs，withasamplesizeof200.Theyweredividedintothecontrolgroupandtheobservationgroupusingarandomnumbertablemethod，with100casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwastreatedwithconventionaldrugs，andtheobservationgroupreceivedpharmaceuticalintervention.Theincidenceofunreasonablemedication，adversedrugreactionrateandmedicationcomplianceofthetwogroupsofpatientswerecompared.Results：Theincidenceofunreasonablemedicationintheobservationgroupwas0.00%，significantlylowerthan7.00%inthecontrolgroup，P0.05；Theadversedrugreactionrateintheobservationgroupwas2.00%，significantlylowerthan10.00%inthecontrolgroup，P0.05；Theexcellentandgoodrateofmedicationcomplianceintheobservationgroupwas99.00%，significantlyhigherthan91.00%inthecontrolgroup，P0.05.Conclusion：Conductingpharmaceuticalinterventioncaneffectivelyreducetheoccurrenceofclinicalirrationaldruguse，improvepatientmedicationsafetyanddrugtreatmentcompliance.
