摘 要
U盘是当今社会日常中必不可少的工具。U盘产品的外壳造型很多,市面上不断出现着各种款式,我们选用这一款U盘外壳(材料ABS)进行模具设计。我们通过分析和研究,参照有关的技术文献,选定材料和有关技术参数,设计出这款U盘外壳的模具。毕业设计论文主要包括三部分内容:第一部分为注塑模具的工作原理及有关的应用、有关的设计原则,以及产品的有关介绍。第二部分为模具的设计计算:模具结构的设计,浇注系统的设计,注射机的选择等。第三部分为Pro/ENGINEER的应用,Pro/E许多方面的功能都在本次设计中用到,它为产品造型设计和模具设计提供良好的设计环境,它把产品设计过程与加工制造过程很好的结合起来。

ABSTRACT
U disk is a daily tool, which is necessary in today’s society. The shell of U disk products is continuous updating following on the market requirement. We choose this shell shape of the U disk to mold design. Through the analysis and research, and consult involved technical literature, then choose the material and involved technical parameter, designed this style of U disk shell shape mold.
The design project is divided into three parts. The first part is about the working theory and application of a plastic injection mould, the principle of designing and the introduction of the production about plastic mould. The second part is about the designing and calculation of the mould. It including: the selecting of the injection machine, the structure designing of the plastic mould and the inject system of mould. Pro/ENGINEER was used in this practice, it provide a good design environment for products design and mold design. It combined the process of products design with manufacture.
