摘 要
本设计的主要内容为制革废水处理工艺设计。制革废水的水质比较复杂,含有大量蛋白质、染料、油脂、硫化物、铬盐以及毛渣等生化耗氧量高的有机和无机的可溶物及悬浮物,以及有潜在毒性的金属盐类。针对制革废水的这些特点,本设计采用双沟式氧化沟对制革废水进行处理。双沟式氧化沟不仅运行负荷非常低,处理效果好,且停留时间长、稀释能力强、抗冲击负荷能力强。在大型污水处理厂得到了广泛的应用。另外,处理过的废水再经过超滤膜组件深度处理后可达到回用标准,可以进行回用,使资源达到循环利用的目的。

Abstract
The main content of the design is leather wastewater treatment process design. The characteristics of leather waste water is much more complex ,containing large quantities of protein,dye,grease,sulphide, chromium salt and trichome ,etc.And any another high biochemical oxygen demand of the soluble organic and inorganic matter andsuspended solids, as well as potentially toxic metal salts. For this design, the double oxidization ditch is the core of this process. The double oxidization ditch is not only a very low load operation, good effect, and the long residence time,dilution capacity, strongresistance to impact load. In the large sewage treatment plant has been widely used. In addition, the treated wastewater through the ultrafiltration membrane,and after adeep reach the standard of recycling, and the water will be used again,and make the resources cyclic utilization.
