Mg-RE(Y-Gd)-Zn体系中长周期有序

堆垛相的相平衡及热力学研究

摘要:

本研究利用热力学计算方法探讨了Mg-RE(Y/Gd)-Zn体系中

长周期有序堆垛相的相平衡及热力学性质。首先通过实验研究

得到了Mg-RE(Y/Gd)-Zn体系的等温和等压相图,并采用

CALPHAD方法和Thermo-calc软件进行了热力学模拟。研究结

果表明,长周期有序堆垛相的生成与热力学参数(如温度、压

力、成分比等)密切相关。通过计算得到了不同温度下的平衡

相组成,进一步探讨了长周期有序堆垛相的热力学稳定性和相

变行为,发现在一定条件下可以实现相变。最后,我们对该体

系进行了深入分析,并提出了未来的研究方向。

Abstract:

Inthisstudy,thephaseequilibriumandthermodynamic

propertiesoflong-periodorderedstackingphasesin

theMg-RE(Y/Gd)-Znsystemwereinvestigatedusing

thermodynamiccalculationmethod.Firstly,the

isothermalandisobaricphasediagramsoftheMg-RE

(Y/Gd)-Znsystemwereobtainedthroughexperimental

studies,andthermodynamicsimulationwascarriedout

usingtheCALPHADmethodandThermo-calcsoftware.The

resultsshowedthattheformationoflong-period

orderedstackingphaseswascloselyrelatedto

thermodynamicparameterssuchastemperature,pressure,

andcompositionratio.Theequilibriumphase

compositionatdifferenttemperatureswascalculated,

andthethermodynamicstabilityandphasetransition

behavioroflong-periodorderedstackingphaseswere

furtherexplored.Itwasfoundthatphasetransition

couldberealizedundercertainconditions.Finally,

weconductedadeepanalysisofthissystemand

proposedfutureresearchdirections.
